Uncollected Debit Order on final Loan payment

I have a nedbank loan, end of May was supposed to be my last payment on my loan. I received an sms on the 23 May 2018 reminding me of my payment. On the 25th May an amount of R672.56 was debited from account and than nothing else. Than on the 29 May i receive another sms stating payment was never received and I must resolve this matter, while you never took the money from my account, 5 years I never missed a single payment and now on the last month of my final payment, you do not collect . Sorry but I don't have the remaining balance of R2616.72 and will not have by the end of June. Please have this balance written off once this is done please inform me and send updated statement showing I don't Nedbank and I am done with my personal loan. Thank you for your co-operation.
