Unclear and inaccurate info

I have a huge problem with the bank currently i am really fuming

I activated the credit insurance on my credit card because i was retrenched and my card was obviously put on hold

Now that i want to remove the hold, i have getting the run around to get it done and i am getting to the point where i just want to cancel the card and cut my losses

It was supposed to be a very simple process from what i was told but it is being such a mission to do something very simple because i am not getting clear and accurate information to resolve this issue
