Unbelievable nedbank

Does anyone at nedbank actually know what they doing? I app**** for a bond. Bond is approved. DebiCheck is authorised. Property is registered. Nedbank's attorney has been trying for days to get the bond funds paid over to the seller's attorney. I went to John Montague branch, I phoned the call center, no one is able to assist me.
