UNBELIEVABLE BANK CHARGES AT NEDBANK!!!

i'm in SHOCK with NEDBANK fees. they charged me R125 in fees to withdraw my own money from a NEDBANK ATM. Another R49 to make a single EFT payment on their money application it's unbelievable. i can't fathom how they can charge people these ridiculous amounts to use their own money. i have escalated a query with a customer service team leader & if it's not resolved, i will be lodging a case with the FAIS OMBUDSMAN as well. Thereafter i'll be moving all my accounts elsewhere!
