Unbelievable

Nedbank took a debit order from my account placing me in overdraft. I queried this and had them reverse this for which they then charged me R90.I had told them right from the start that I had not authorized a debit order on the 24th of a month but they informed me that I had to resolve it with Telkom, and numerous requests to provide me with proof of authorization for the debit order went the same way.Them even saying I had to visit there branch to get the amount reversed. Like normal, the greed and inefficiency of these monster organizations go unaddressed. We now have to find the time to go sit in one of there stupid queues( they now have a numbering system where people sit, and instead of a normal queue moving fast, people end up,when a number is called, having to walk from the other end of the building,or first gather there groceries etc, leading to extended time wasting, and people getting tired of extended waiting, leave, and nedbank spend more time looking for non existent people, thereby wasting more peoples time.)for hours to sort out problems that they have created and refuse to be held accountable, for or provide proof of entitlement to have done. They know there friend the ombudsman will not hold them accountable but just extend the time it takes to get anything resolved at more of your, own precious time and energy, and money on phone calls transport etc.The last time it took 5 months to get them to do what they should have done from day one, and were asked for from day one and the ombudsman said well done to them for doing it,forget the information that was not supp**** and problems it caused, and no censure at all for the most disgusting lack of accountability or even ability over the months.

This has still not been resolved and although Vee Njola of Telkom had promised on the 29th June to pay the money over by the following day this has not happened. Nedbank were informed that Telkom would pay and say they wont, and say it is my problem to sort out with Telkom, meaning that they take no responsibility to check on what authority somebody has to process anything through your account, and any charge for ******* processes is for the clients account and for them to sort out.
