Unbelievable

<p>I went to Dobsonville branch looking for my bond statement and was told by ****g that they cannot give it to me because its a joint bond. She mentioned that both parties must be at the branch to get the statement. This was the first time i heard of this. I do not understand the logic behind this and just poor service period.</p>
