Unauthorized transactions

Never in my life have I come across such *********** people!!!!!!! I have had 2 transactions done on a credit card that I don't have access to that I feel is ***** but yet they keep drawing my current account into the equation. Yesterday they wasted 2.5 hours of my time by NOT LISTENING to me. They do quick to take your money but when you have a problem, they can't sort it out.

It's absolutely ridiculous.

I'm 8 months pregnant and have to deal with high blood pressure because of these people.

I'm absolutely disappointed in Nedbank.

It doesn't help me that your resolution manager contacts if all your other departments cannot resolve my problem. I'm highly disappointed in nedbank.
