Unauthorized money debited from my account by nedbank

Since last year, nedbank has been double debiting my credit accounts. I have all my credit accounts with them and they have done this on all my accounts. I have to beg for my money back every single month. Each month, I think its the last time they do take money from my account without any arrangement but it happens again the following month. I'm so exhausted and shocked. Usually they quickly refund me but this month, they are taking their sweet time to solve my issue.

I logged a case with complaints, and no one has gotten back to me regarding the case I logged even though it was escalated to management. It's been a couple days now without feedback. I called to follow up this morning before 9am and the person assigned apparently stated that they are not available until after 10am. Mind you, they were supposed to contact me days ago.

The current issue is, MFC debited an extra amount on my account and when I ask the person handling my case on mfc side, they state that they don't know why it happened like that. The issue was, the debit order was late by 3 days and they decided to help themselves with extra money when I deposited money for my home loan, and vehicle debit orders.

Now they took money meant to go to my home loan which is resulting in my home loan not being paid and I'm charged interest every single day that I'm late!!

Please give me my money, I need to pay my bond account ASAP!! Stop taking money from my account unauthorized! It's ridiculous and theft at this point. I'm tired.
