Unauthorized funds taken from my account

There has been charged a R182 saswitch fee to my account which is ********* amount for a withdrawal of R730 from a third party atm. A client paid an xx amount in which i was supposed to purchase their product which i am unable to do so because of the redicilous amount you stole from my account. I will not accept this. ***
