Unauthorized excess debit order

My initial loan installment was R592 per month. I was then handed over to HP Attorneys and had made payment arrangements with them. This afternoon Nedbank debited a whole R4800 of which was money for groceries and transport for the month June. I didn't authorize such a crazy amount of money to be deducted. The status of the deduction is "Internally Affected".
