Unauthorized deductions
Dear Nedbank,
This month you have deducted a total of R9271,80 off of my account, thereof only R3090,60 are authorized. I did not give you permission to deduct my December personal loan repayment on the 19th of December; neither did I give you permission to deduct another two payments on the 27th of December. I am not behind on my repayments and have not missed a payment to date. Please explain to me who has authorized this, why this was done and how you will rectify this problem. I consider this as theft and will take the necessary steps. Please also advise who will bare the cost should a debit order ‘bounce’ due to your unauthorized deductions from my account.
