Unauthorized Deductions

<p>I have a personal loan with Nedbank and my experience that I've had with them this year is absaloutely pathetic!!!! Three times this year, they debited my account without my permission, over and above the normal debit order that goes off monthly.</p> <p> This month they did it again. They debited my account with the normal deduction, and then they debited it again for over R9900. I did not give them permission to do so. They have actually *******ly taken my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I put in a complaint on Monday. Today is Thursday and they have not refunded the money back as yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got an email from the manager saying they will get back to me in due course. So in the mean time, my rent has not been paid. I have 3 kids which I need to feed, take to school, buy school stuff and now I don't have the money to do so. I need to put petrol in my car for work as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>They don't care about my financial wellbeing.</p> <p>Very dissapointing!</p>
