Unauthorized deductions.

Good day Iv been trying for 2 weeks to be accommodated.i have arrangements with Smith Smith attorneys.. But nedbank is just taking money witch was not authorized by myself.. I would like to know.. If arrangements were made.. Why is nedbank taking money? I've been calling and have spoken to a few staff members at nedbanks legal department explaining what happend with no help what so ever... Nedbank toke money that I did not approve because I can't afford it.Because nedbank have full access on my account.Now getting the money back seems impossible.why is it so easy to take money but give it back..currenly waiting 2 weeks to be assisted. Can anybody please help
