Unauthorized deduction APO

I am very angry and disappointed with Nedbank. I woke up this morning and saw that my account was debited without my permission and it was an APO manual debit for R28***** and that money was not mine. I am frustrated, how can they just access ly account without any authorization and knowledge.

This is unacceptable. I need that money. This cannot be right. I'm definitely changing banks, because what is this.
