Unauthorized Debits occuring every month

Today the 20th i received an sms from a company Singh CC with ref SBM223759 that they will debit my account R97-00 without my authorization. i immediately phoned Nedbank complaints in order to alert them about this **********. I spoke to Tumi Tuge who was very unhelpful to say the least, he could not even give me a chance to explain, he is in-fact lacking customer relation. The question i wanted to pose to him was since I received the above sms can't Nedbank block this lodge prior to me making a reversal of this unauthorized debit and avoid being charged R5-00. Yes my account is infiltrated monthly by this ************ companies, they change their modus operandi amounts range from R89-00 to R99-00 and Nedbank is helping itself on my account with this R5-00. I'm tired of this problem and I want Nedbank to assist me. i'm even contemplating moving my account but where-else can i go because it seems like this **** is rife everywhere.
