Unauthorized Debits!!!

This is one bank that is full *********** people who are not willing to assist on anu matter. They debited a hefty amount that we did not even authorize and when tried to call their customer care center they decided to hung up on us. No one was able to explain what was the amount debited for. They are very disgusting for an award winning bank!!!!
