UnAuthorized debits

Account *** Good day I was at your industria branch last month to stop my debit orders and signed for it only to find that those debit orders went through my account again.this is totally unacceptable and I want this corrected today.I want the debit orders reversed immediately as i am not going to be inconvenienced due to your staff inefficiency.Kindly reverse those debit orders today as i requested for it to be cancelled.
