Unauthorized Debits

In April I had the same issue CCM # **********

My account yet again was debited with a large sum of Money R3202.24, I have an arrangement of R500 first with Smith and Smith Attorneys after some with payments going off successfully my account was handed back to Nedbank with the same arranged in place.

For some reason, my account was handed back to Smith and Smith recently without my knowledge as I have not instructed the arrangement or debit to be cancelled.

Then my account now has been debited with the above-mentioned amount, This is VERY poor Customer service, firstly as amajor bank if payments for some reason were not received the rightful thing to do would call the customer and investigate, Nedbank rather acts on there own and just takes, cancels without customer authorization.

The lack of communication or even feedback from Nedbank Client services is pathetic.

This is unacceptable, I would like my money reversed soonest, and my account closed with Nedbank, while I send this to the NCR AND Ombudsman.

"Noted" Is all I get and probably an automated response from Resolution Manager attending to my matter at 11:29 and nothing further! I have also looked up and seen a trend of unauthorized debits that have been occurring with other clients as well. Can you act like a financial institute should and give me solid feedback other than "NOTED" and my funds reversed!!!!
