Unauthorized Debit Orders From my Nedbank account

I saw on my statement there is debit orders from PLATINUM ********** 84PLATI180130 and ZWELOS DIR ********** 2 SAGE180131 going of from my account. I have not authorized for these debit payments to go off as i have no idea who the people or companies are. I have called Nedbank and they supp**** me with three possible numbers to contact, none of these numbers were helpful as they have no record of myself. I went into the Nedbank Branch and was informed that they can not put a stop order to these debit payments, that they can not tell me who is taking the debits and can not be able to trace it either, the lady who helped me gave me the advice to close the account that's the only way that i can stop this. . My question to Nedbank is, are you not suppose to stop or help stop and prevent such ********** acts? Neither to say that the so called professional customer service is a complete let down.
