Unauthorized Debit Orders

Good day

I am writing this complaint with a bleeding heart, i took loan with Nedbank in 2018 or so and i was told my loan will end in March 2021 and to my surprise i was told that i am still owing on my loan and what makes the matter worse they debited 3 times this is utter nonsense and no one called me to make arrangements or discuss this matter with me this is so wrong now they took all the money in my bank my normal installment was R1400 they took over R4000 from my account and my other debit orders bounced who will cover the undebit charges and why nobody contacted me from Nedbank, I am taking this matter to Ombudsman i cant be harassed like this and I am cancelling my Nedbank accounts to open a new account somewhere as they do as they please into my account. I am so disappointed with Nedbank
