Unauthorized debit orders

Hi

My account was double and even thriple debited in error of the second time last month. I have had no resolution to this happening and was told to keep my account up to date and that no further assistance will be entertained. i do understand that I missed and payment in April but that is no reason to triple debit me. I fail to understand how if i missed a payment that it entitles Nedbank to triple debit me. How does Nedbank debit a large amount of money out of a clients account in error and still expect the client to wait 3 to 4 working days. Ravy Govender and team fail to understand that they literally emptied out my account over Friday 26th and Saturday 27th in error and all they could do was applogise for the inconvience caused and told me that they are no longer willing to assit. It is unacceptable that Nedbank expect clients to be ok with bad service and people who dont understand.

I do have recordings of conversations trying to deal with the avove issue and is willing to share.

Regards,

Hi
I received feedback from your client team today which states that the original email remains the same which I’m not happy about hence the reason I’ve posted on hello peter. Understanding my frustration doesn’t help when you left without any money and you have other obligations. Further to that if I missed a payment and I need to double pay why was I debited 3 times ? on one account and 4 times on the other ?
