Unauthorized debit orders

I recently had an incident where I started receiving notifications on my phone off various debit orders that were going off that were not mine almost 15k went off my account. I blocked my card reported it to the back all I was told was that "they will get back to you" . Can they not reverse debit orders, I got options to do it for some stuff on my app, but they can not do anything about it?? What bullsh*t will try get this resolved and move to another bank
