Unauthorized debit orders

Nedbank came in with their security system called debi-check and I don't remember authorizing debits that are not reversable from a company called My Techzone and RPassure, so this simply means these companies work with Nedbank to ***** money from their customers, even the branch consultant failed to stop these debit orders so this simply means our monies are not safe with this bank and I want my money back since from the day I ask for my debits to be reversed and stopped Nedbank is liable for this.
