Unauthorized debit orders

We live a south Africa where I can be ****** at any given moment and we are advices to not carry cash on us rather leave your money at the bank. But what happens when the bank u trust is not protecting your interest. For over 2 months now nedbank has been debiting my account without my permission. It is my right to authorise any debit or transaction that should go through in my account. Without my permission Nedbank has been doing as it pleases with money I work hard for and unfortunately the is nothing I can do about because I'm told the transaction cannot be reversed. I left the big banks thinking nedbank would be a great start for myself and my growing business but after what happened I don't think anyone should join a financial institution that cannot account or even give you answers on what's happening. I'm sick and tired of this bank.

Nedbank I trusted you with my money. I never authorise any debit orders or transaction in my account and I feel cheated for you to debit such money in my account without my permission is wrong in so many level. As I write this letter I'm closing my account and going else where. But we all know south African banking services are all the same I'm sure to get the same stories wherever I go.
