Unauthorized debit orders

This is not a review but a complaint. Nedbank is deducting unauthorized debit orders from my account. The second 1 in 1 week just went off. I pay them via EFT and now I have 3 Payments in total that went off. I am notifying you that i am putting in a complaint to the reserve bank and also going to the NCR
