Unauthorized debit order - Useless Nedbank

An Amount of R4182.69 shows as a debit order on my Nedbank Cheque Account and no one from Nedbank can tell who and what this transaction is for???

How can a bank, having all the necessary systems in place is unable to provide me with this information. Because the debit order went of today, they cant see so I must call them tomorrow and then only will they be able to tell me.

I never signed a debit order for that amount so I am amazed that this was allowed.
