I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an unauthorized debit order from MTN, which was processed by your bank. Although I authorized a debit order of R1000, your bank allowed an excessive amount of R14,762.73 to be deducted from my account.

This gross error has not only caused me significant financial distress but also severely shaken my trust in your institution. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized amount and a thorough investigation into this matter.
