Unauthorized debit order!

I enquired about NRB accting subscription fee being deducted from my account every month(R225.00) since June 2020. My enquiry was logged on the 4th of August 2020. The person at Nedbank's call center assured me that she would find out what this was for and how it happened. She phoned back after two days and said she does not know what this was for and could not find any record of it. I told her to cancel the debit order as I did not authorize it. Today I see it is still deducted every month. Why???????????
