unauthorized debit order by NEDBANK

Nedbank you are such a disappointment to be honest ,You first start by debiting my account 3 times in one month in May 4th /6th of May even though i paid end of April was we agreed on ,You then send me a confirmation of our arrangement but then boom today the 10th of June i was debited again ,Our contractual agreement is set for the 25th of each month but you decide to abuse my bank account because i bank with you guys ,What you doing is ******* and you are in breach of our contractual agreement and you abuse your customers ,Our relationship not a healthy one and i would advise any person to take any of your financial services while banking with you ,You are worse than Convid 19 .I have been having bad experiences with organization and each time you will blame the system .You are such a disappointment .
