Unauthorized debit order

Hi I have a joint bond/ homeloan through Nedbank. I am currently under debt review. My debt counselor/relationship manager contacted the bank to notify them of this through Notification process and I completed a debit cancellation form but the bank has been each month deducting the amount from my bank account.. I made contact with the bank and they confirmed that they will refund and stop the debit order..

I am under debt review and unable to to pay my creditors so why are they being so manipulative and busy deducting after so many communications with them. They even requested a letter from the other party whom I have the joint bond with, the letter was sent until today there has been no response but they are being cruel and deducting the debit order..

I want all my refund back and please cancel the debit order..
