Unauthorized Debit Order

I did an application with Cashbuild through nedbank I cancel the deal same day it was approved <br> so now nedbank is telling me to pay R1800 for cancellation this is bull **** because I did not take the money or use it at all I cancelled your ****en deal same day it was damned approved <br> I wont pay that money coz am not owing you a cent.
