Unauthorized debit order

I app**** for a credit card from nedbank but my application was not successful. As a result the card was not delivered but nedbank is debating me an amount of R25 monthly for the card that I never received. I wrote an email to complain but to no avail. I went to the nearest branch but still was not successful. I now do not what to do. Their unauthorized debit order started in October and it seems it is not going to stop. Regards
