Unauthorized debit order

There is an unauthorized debit order which was deducted from my account without my permission. Nedbank sent me an sms on 13 April 2021, informing me that there was a debit order authorization from Crescita. The debit order was rejected as it was not authorized. To my surprise the amount of R89.99 was debited on the 26 April 2021. I tried to reverse the debit order was no success. On Monday, 03 May 2021, I called call center and they where also unable to reverse the debit order. They don't have the company's contact details or even the information of the bank used. It is very frustrating as Debit heck was introduced but any one can do what they want to your account and take your hard earned money when ever they want. I also used money app to report that there was an ********** activity went on my account and no one came back to me. How long will that continue. When am I going to get back my money. You can't even tell me who actually took my money. Is my money safe.
