Unauthorized debit order

My nedbank account was debited for R75 custody fees this morning which was not authorized by myself. I called the customer care Centre and held on whilst an agent tried to find out more details and my call was disconnected. I am requesting nedbank to contact me, rectify and refund all unauthorized debit orders for custody fees. Please name the company that requested this unauthorized debit as your customers need to be made aware of them
