UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT.

I had a personal loan with nedbank years ago. This is so old I even forgot how many years back this loan happened. This loan was prescribed meaning it was bad debt written off. Years later I started getting massages and calls that I should pay the loan. I ignored everything regarding this debt. Fast forward this year in April I had money paid into my nedbank account and to my surprise there was R30325. 61 deducted from my money in my nedbank account. No communication whatsoever, I wrote an email to nedbank queries and all I got was an automated system response saying my query was received and I will get feedback in 72hours. I send second email and same response I got... We will respond in 72hours. And I send this emails in July, till today no response or feedback on my query. My next step I I tend to lodge a complain with the banks ombudsman.
