Unauthorized debit

Horrible experience, being sent from pillar to post trying to solve a mistake from one of their agents, she put my debit date WRONG and I tried having them play the recorded phone call so we ALL confirm that she put a wrong debit date that's 2 days before the one I had said now my account is on arreas and trying to change it is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!
