Unauthorized debit causing my account to be overdrawn and still unpaid debit orders

Good day

So someone from MFC called me on the 30th June, told them that payment was made on my account

On the 1st July MFC still continue to debit my current account with a amount off 1480 this caused my current account to be overdrawn

I called MFC on the 1st and the 2nd to correct this, I was told it was going to be done but still not done

So my 1 debit order was now returned due to this and charge of R50 on my current account, also 2 charges on my MFC account of R32 and R48

Don't understand how this can happen if this was reported

I need my charges to be Reversed and my unauthorized debit to be refunded

Going to escalate this to the ombudsman of.not resolved asap
