Unauthorized debit by MFC Nedbank

I was on unpaid maternity leave in Feb 2023. I sent 2 emails to mfc in jan informing them of this and included my cell number. Not 1 phone call from them until today. On 10th March i phoned them and arranged for R500 to be debited that day and R500 on 20th March. The guy said he cannot make arrangements for April so i would have to call again in April. The 1st R500 was debited 13th March qnd on the 20th they debited R1600 instead of R500 as arranged. I sent them an email that day and was told it was with collections and would take 48hours. No correspondence from them after 48hrs then i sent another email 24th March, 27th march and 28th march. Until today nobody has tried to phone me and they keep telling me about 48hours.
