Unauthorized Debit

Received a sms starting that I (me) mandated Nedbank to debut my transactional account on the 19/12/2019 which is deemed as a set off . As far as I am aware this is not permitted any longer due to a court ruling made in September. I phoned and spoke to 2! Consultants and they reassured me they will not debit me as I paid what was arranged. Against 2 telephonic conversations they debit my transactional account with NO CONSENT given by me! And I am now told I must wait 7 days and they will NIOT reverse the full amount Years of banking with Nedbank and they TAKE MORE THAN MY ARRANGED DEBIT. ********* behavior! Market share .....I think not!
