Unauthorized credit enquiry

Credit enquiry has been made on profile with Nedbank and I didn't make any credit enquiry with nedbank. When I call nedbank I spoke with 5 nedbank staff no one is able to assist to check who made a credit enquiry using my name. What king of bunch of *********** people are these! You can't pick up from your system who has conducted credit enquiry or you are hiding information from me. Are you even aware of POPIA
