Unauthorized card delivery fee

I app**** for a pay as you use account and was not advised that i would be charged R160 for the card delivery fee i was debited on 11a august but i have not received my card , i would like the money to be reversed into my account and i will collect the card from the branch since i did not authorise the R160 to be debited has i was not advised
