Unauthorized billing for something i did not take

I am a new customer from Nedbank since last week. I have never in my life banked with Nedbank before and thought by myself to give it a try. As soon as my salary went in a amount of R876.00 were deducted from their Personal loans department from 2004. I was furious because i dont have any knowledge of this personal loan and it is 2004 already and now in 2015 they want to deduct money. Who gave them the right to do that. They dont phone, sms, email or communicate with me for 11 years with regards to this and there is no ITC listing for this but they deduct my money. I would like a thorough investigation into this matter as this seems ********** to me. I wont mind if they give me the loan now and let me pay it back but to deduct something i have no knowledge or paperwork off is not on. Isnt this suppose to be have expired already because it is 11 years ago.
