Unauthorized A P O PAYMENT DEBIT

I'm not happy with NEDBANK cause there is an unauthorized debit that goes out every month and it's ref is A P O payment which I don't know what and never authorised for it and no one explained it to me..... Please nedbank I want a reversal of all the A P O PAYMENTS YOU HAVE BEEN DEDUCTING
