UNAUTHORISES DEBIT

APO MANUAL PAY I have received an sms saying that my account was deducted with the APO Manual pay. I would like to know why there are deductions without my permission or any explanation for deductions. Surely you cant just take money from someones account, I am even considering changing my bank account
