Unauthorised Transactions

I previously mailed that Nedbank had released my money without my permission. after complaining and hearing the consultants reasoning as to why the cash was released, i informed consultant that I had no faith in the bank anymore and wished to move my money to another bank, only to see that the funds was re-banked by Nedbank once again. Surely they have listening skills to understand that I told them not to re-invest as i ws going to go with another banking institute. Now, the cash is deposited, once again, Nedbank did something without my authorisation!!!
