Unauthorised transactions

Very disappointed this morning when I checked my bank account balance, to see that Nedbank took their debit order for my loan this morning. A debit order that was authorized to be taken on the 1st of every month was taken 20 days earlier with no authorization<br> <br> WHY are banks allowed to take debit orders outside of the agreed times? My account is not in arrears my debit order went of as normal on the 1st of December and today the 11th they take the debit order for January? <br> <br> Surely this is *******?? I did not even get bonus or salary yet, but Nedbank decides to take their installment. I will not take a loan out from Nedbank ever again. Don't treat people who pay their accounts like ********* that are going to run away overnight because of a bonus or Christmas season!!!! Feel like transferring my account to another institution...
