Unauthorised transaction on Nedbank Amex credit cards, no customer service or ***** prevention

<p>Nedbank Amex Credit cards seem to be the most unsecure credit cards. Transactions which I did not authorise were done off my card and in spiteof reporting this matter to Nedbank and MAex numerous time times, nothing has been done about it and they are charging me interest and service fees for it. Even worst is that their customer service and fruad department are totally unresponsive. I am travelling over seas and they expect me to hold on to the service departments on long international calls, without any proper email contact details to report this matter. STandard Bank Visa much better. </p>
