Unauthorised debits for a home loan life cover and instalment protection plan - i asked for a copy of a policy document from Nedbank and the documents that were sent do not reflect my correct details such as my names . Clearly the documents were never sent to me for a review and signarure and initailing to consent the terms . I reuested a refund and Nedbank refuses to refund me stating that i sgned the policy. How could i have signed a policy that does not have my correct names .
