Unauthorised online transaction, Nedbank is not a safe space

2 Unauthorized online uber eats purchases went off my accpunt yesterday while my online purchase was off in my banking app,my atm limit on zero because i have been struggling to increase my limit non of the transaction are showing on my bank statement, im worried because I also have an investment account with Nedbank and when I went to the bank the banker told me it could be a subcription. HOW DO YOU SUBCRIBE FOR FOOD!! hell i dont even have that uber app on my phone i just started working last mont...their consultants seemed unbothered and just told me to contact their ***** department and wait for 2month on top of that I MUST PAY FOR A NEW CARD...NEDBANK take accountability and give my money back!!!
