unauthorised loan

Nedbank approved a loan whithout my approval, they sent me documents to sign and I didn't sign them but told them I was not interested in the loan. I even refunded the money they paid into my account and they had to correct the settlement made for my other loans but they failed. I wrote 3 emails to the said consultant Ntsako Mhlaba which I don't get a response to. Now Nedbank is deducting my bank for the said loan.
